- Ampla Education Limited cannot guarantee the availability of the lesson that have only been verbally confirmed or have passed the confirmation deadline. Payment must be fully settled before the indicated deadline.
- Lessons offered by Ampla Education Limited are non-refundable and are only transferable between siblings.
- Regular timeslots will only be reserved if a student books at least three classes in the same month with the same timeslot.
- All face-to-face lessons at Ampla Education Limited will be cancelled upon the hoisting of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal of 8 or above, or if the Black Rainstorm signal is raised. Make-up classes will be granted due to weather or other acts of nature. However, no refunds will be granted due to weather or other acts of nature beyond our control. However,
- Online lessons will continue to take place upon the hoisting of a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal of 8 or above, or if the Black Rainstorm signal is raised.
- For missed classes due to sickness or schedule conflicts, “Cancellation and Re-scheduling Lesson” will be allowed. However,
– For schedule conflicts, the re-scheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson. Parent or student should notify Ampla Education Limited in writing by email to info@ampla-edu.com or by phone/ WhatsApp to +852 69903335 or by WeChat to Ampla-Education.
– For sickness, please notify us at least 5 hours before the start of the lesson and the lesson can be re-scheduled on the same calendar month without charge.
– One in four lessons can be re-scheduled without charges. Subsequent lessons can be re-scheduled at a charge of $100 per lesson per student; otherwise the lesson will be forfeited.
– All re-scheduling lesson must be re-scheduled on the same calendar month; otherwise, the lesson will be forfeited.
Please note, Ampla Education Limited will reserve the right for the final approval of “Cancellation and Rescheduling Lesson”.
- Full lesson fee will be charged for no-show.
- Assessment test fees will be rebated for students who book at least four lessons within one month after the assessment test date if applicable.
Ampla Education Limited reserves the right to make changes on these policies without prior notice.
